Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for online orders. For Click & Collect orders, we can also accept cash on collection.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on IrishBath.ie are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number at info@irishbath.ie.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship within Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Drop us an email if you want us to ship anywhere else.
What are your shipping rates?
We ship any order. Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 and above within Ireland and Northern Ireland. Below that, normal shipping charges apply.
- Ireland & NI: Free over €100, €9 under €100, Express €16, Oversize €50
How long does delivery take?
- Ireland & NI: Standard posting takes 1–5 working days
- Ireland & NI: Express posting takes 1–3 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on couriers and customs.
Do you ship heavy or oversized items?
Yes. Oversize shipping rate for Ireland and Northern Ireland starts from €50.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation. We ship using trusted carriers including An Post and DPD, both of which provide tracking. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days; Express takes 1–3 working days.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
This depends on the courier. An Post and DPD will typically leave a delivery notification card or attempt redelivery. For heavy or oversized parcels, our team may contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available from our collection point at:
Unit 7, Century Business Park, St Margaret's Road, Charlestown, Dublin 11, D11 H023, Ireland.
Please note: there is no walk-in shop at this address. Collection is by prior arrangement only.
When can I collect my order?
Click & Collect hours:
- Mon–Fri: 09:30–20:00
- Sat–Sun: 10:00–16:00
We will email you the confirmed collection day and time once your order is ready. Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” email before arriving.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us at info@irishbath.ie with your order number to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
IrishBath.ie does not provide free collection or return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked service and ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Contact info@irishbath.ie to initiate a return.
What cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, or items that have been used or are not in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Note: EU customers have an additional 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email info@irishbath.ie with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length depends on the brand and product type. Please check the product page or contact us for details.
Products & Compatibility
What is the difference between slotted and unslotted basin wastes?
Slotted wastes are for basins with an overflow.
Unslotted wastes are for basins without an overflow.
Check your basin type before ordering or contact us if you need help.
What thread size do I need for a basin or bath waste?
Most basin wastes are G1¼″ (32 mm), and most bath wastes are G1½″ (40 mm). Please check your existing plumbing and the product specifications.
Will your taps work with my water pressure?
Most mixer taps require a minimum water pressure (e.g. 0.5 bar or higher). Refer to the product description for exact details or ask your plumber.
Do your products work with combi boilers or low-pressure systems?
Most of our mixer taps require a minimum water pressure (e.g. 0.5 bar). Combi boilers typically operate at mains pressure, so most products are compatible — but always check the individual product page for minimum pressure requirements or contact us if you are unsure.
Are your products genuine branded items?
Yes, all products sold on IrishBath.ie are genuine items sourced from trusted suppliers. If you have any questions about a specific brand or product, contact us at info@irishbath.ie.

What is included varies by model and brand. Please check the Product details section on the product page to see exactly what comes with each tap.
