Gold Kitchen Sink Waste with Overflow – Brushed Brass Strainer and Cover Plates
Most people searching for a gold kitchen sink waste are finishing a sink that already has a brass or gold tap above it. This kit covers both openings in the bowl: a brushed brass basket strainer for the plughole and an overflow kit whose cover plates are finished in the same brushed brass.
Square and round covers are both in the box, so the overflow opening is matched whichever shape the sink manufacturer chose. A 370 mm flexible tube links the overflow to the side of the waste body behind the bowl, out of sight once the cupboard door is shut.
The waste goes in using ELLSI's patented Top-Fix fixing — down into the 90 mm hole from above, then tightened through the centre with the supplied 14 mm tool against a pre-fitted seal. The flange and basket are stainless steel under the brass finish, the body is polypropylene, and the 40 mm (1 ½") outlet suits the standard kitchen trap in Irish homes.
